One
great way to change your resonance is with a system called "Resonance
Repatterning™", of which I am a student practitioner
who has been receiving sessions for over 6 years and giving
sessions for about 3 years. This process is remarkably gentle,
effective and safe.
In a typical session, we might start out
with explaining the process, then do an orientation modality,
such as a type of breathing or even just drinking water, to
get prepared for the session.
Then we would discuss problems and/or intentions
in your life and check your system with kineseology to see
what you are resonating with. At this point, we usually find
you are resonating with your problems and not resonating with
your intentions.
Next, we would go into a specific repatterning,
such as on creative self-expression, or perhaps an earlier
unconscious experience. What's amazing here is that we don't
even always have to remember an experience to shift the resonance
of it. As we go through a repatterning, we continue to identify
resonance, sometimes with statements from you and sometimes
from a list.
Typically, then, at the end of a session,
we do one or several modalities. We use kineseology to check
to see which modality or modalities is/are optimal for you
to shift these items at this time, at the holographic level
(the ABC). A modality might be in the
category of sounds, colors, movements, breaths, energetic
contacts or a process.
Finally, we re-check your resonance and
typically find that it has all shifted. Sometimes some items
don't shift and you need to do a follow up positive action
to complete the shift. There are many types of positive actions,
such as the modalities, reading, sleeping, yoga, massage,
communication, and other activities.
In essence, what this process does is identify
a group of things manifesting in your life, as well as the
holographic, energetic, resonating source. We then shift the
holographic source and sure enough, life changes. It seems
too good to be true, too simple and in some ways too complex;
yet when you see how you feel different after a session, like
some weight is gone, and you see how your life changes around
you, even though you may not fully understand it, it somehow
makes sense.
